You don’t have to have much, but if you have a few basic things in your kitchen, as long as you have the will to cook, you will never starve!
These are some of the things I try to have in my kitchen at all times.
FRIDGE: onions, celery, kale, romaine, carrots, goat yogurt, organic unsalted butter, organic eggs, dry Morrocan olives, sundried tomatoes, raw sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, cooked Quinoa, oatbran, Quinoa and Coconut flour and coconut water.
FREEZER: Organic lean ground beef, chicken breasts, homemade stock, homemade turkey burgers, ground almonds.
CUPBOARD: Jarred, strained tomatoes, brown rice pasta, almond milk tetra pacs, dry mung beans, organic canned soups, dry quinoa, garlic powder, sea salt, turmeric, garam masala, cardamum, oregano, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, good bottle of dry white wine.
If you have these things in your kitchen, you can be assured, as long as you have the will, you can whip up at least one great meal or another and a super salad!
